Return Policy

At Exalted Nutrition, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied for any reason, please review our return policy below.

1. Eligibility for Returns
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. Items must be returned in their original packaging and in resalable condition.

2. Non-Returnable Items
Opened or used supplements, clearance items, and gift cards are not eligible for return. We reserve the right to refuse returns on products that appear to be tampered with.

3. Damaged or Expired Products
If your product arrives damaged or expired, we will accept a return or provide a replacement at no extra cost. To process this, please email us at exaltednutritionzanesville@gmail.com with your order number, a description of the issue, and a clear photo of the damaged or expired item on the day of delivery.

Expired products are only eligible for return or refund if the expiration date does not reasonably allow the customer to finish the full serving quantity. For example, if a product expires in 20 days but has a 30-day supply, it is eligible for return.

4. Process for Returns
To initiate a return, please contact us at exaltednutritionzanesville@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, ship the item to:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to our error (e.g., wrong, damaged, or defective item).

5. Refunds
Refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect your return. We will notify you once your refund has been issued.

6. Exchanges
If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will replace it at no additional cost. Please contact us as soon as possible to arrange an exchange.
